🗯 Teaser: Now also available without teaser message
Some time ago we introduced the function of the teaser and the action buttons here. Now there is a small update concerning this feature.
The teaser can now also be set without a teaser message.
What could this look like in concrete terms?
The teaser of our in-house chatbot Moini used to consist of two action buttons and the teaser message. From now on, however, the teaser can also appear without a message. It then looks like this:
Whether a teaser message should be used can now be determined individually for each subpage.
What are the benefits of this?
This additional configuration option for the teaser offers the possibility to design the teaser for each sub-page even more individually. For example, a direct address by means of a teaser message suits some subpages very well, whereas on other subpages the action buttons should be more in focus.
Whichever option you choose, one thing is certain: dealing with the teaser and configuring it is always rewarding. A good teaser increases visibility, engagement and conversation.
