🚦Status of an answer: Flexible activation or deactivation
Disable and enable bot responses exactly as you need them. This works simply according to the "traffic light system"! 🚦
What are the possible status settings?
🔴 The answer is disabled in the preview and live bot.
🟠 The answer is enabled in the preview bot, but disabled in the live bot. If a new answer is created, it is automatically in status orange, thus it can be tested directly in the preview bot.
🟢 The answer is enabled in the preview bot as well as in the live bot. Please note that changes made in the live bot will only take effect after clicking the "Publish"- button.
How do I set this?
Simply call up the desired bot answer, switch to edit mode and select one of the status options and, if desired, a redirect.
If a bot response is disabled (status 🔴 & 🟠), a redirect can be set. This is useful, for example, if a new answer is thematically related to an existing answer and user requests are to be assigned to it for the moment. A redirect in status red 🔴 is possible in the preview and the live bot. In status orange 🟠 a redirect is only active in the live bot.

What is that good for?
Among other things for seasonal themes. Very relevant right now, e.g.: COVID-19. The second wave has arrived, many companies are now again adapting to an increased number of inquiries and changing their availability or service times accordingly. This could be reflected in a "Corona bot response". If the second wave fades away after some time and the subject becomes less current, this response can be deactived, as no special corona information is required anymore.
