Not quite new, but still very usable and worth a reminder: The preview button and the publish button.

What is the function of the buttons?

In a nutshell, exactly what they say: Publish changes to a bot response either in the live bot or make them visible in the preview bot.

What needs to be considered?

Actually, the buttons are simple and the function is self-explanatory, but there are a few things to pay attention to.

• Changes made in edit mode have to be saved manually before they can be published.
• Before the publish button is clicked, all changes should be published in the preview bot only, so that the changes can be tested first. 

The recommended way to proceed is therefore as follows:

1. save changes 2. click preview button 3. check changes 4. everything perfect? Then just click the publish button and off you go! 🚀
